Each member of the Council shall serve a term of three (3) years, except those members first selected. Four (4) members of the first Council shall be appointed for three (3) year terms, four (4) shall be appointed for two (2) year terms, and three (3) shall be appointed for a one (1) year term. Thereafter, appointments shall be for three (3) year terms. (Ord. 95-08 § 1, 1995.)
