A temporary permit for the sale of cereal malt beverage may be issued by the Governing Body for the purpose of selling cereal malt beverage at special events authorized pursuant to Chapter 5.05, Special Event Permit. The term of the temporary permit shall not exceed three (3) days. Applicants for temporary permits must meet the license requirements set forth herein. In addition, applicants for temporary permits shall provide a diagram accurately describing the premises and/or property where cereal malt beverage will be sold, served, dispersed or consumed during the special event and a statement describing the security for the special event.
