Fraudulently obtaining execution of a document is causing another, by deception or threat, to execute a document disposing of property or a document by which a pecuniary obligation is incurred. Fraudulently obtaining execution of a document is a Class A Public Offense. (Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
