Trespassing for the purpose of parking a vehicle is the going upon the property owned or occupied by another person for the purpose of parking any vehicle upon such property, without the authority to enter upon the premises. Trespassing for the purpose of parking a vehicle is a Class C Public Offense. (Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
