Remaining at an unlawful assembly is intentionally failing to depart from the place of an unlawful assembly after being directed to leave by a law enforcement officer. Remaining at an unlawful assembly is a Class A Public Offense. (Ord. 11-47 § 8, 2011; Ord. 99-24 § 25, 1999; Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
