Unlawful failure to report lost or stolen explosives is the failure by and owner, seller or other custodian of explosives, to report lost, misplaced or stolen explosives or explosives otherwise unaccounted for, within ten (10) days of discovering the loss or theft of said explosives. Unlawful failure to report lost or stolen explosives is a Class B Public Offense. (Ord. 94-08 § 2, 1994; Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
