(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of refuse by open burning or to cause, allow or permit open burning within the city.

(b) This Section shall apply to the disposal of trade wastes or any refuse by open burning by commercial facilities as well as residential or private entities.

Open burning is an Unclassified Public Offense. (Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
