A. It shall be unlawful for an owner or operator of an amusement ride, antique amusement ride, limited-use amusement ride or registered agritourism activity, as defined in K.S.A. 44-1601 and amendments thereto, to knowingly operate, or cause to be operated, any amusement ride without a valid permit issued by the state of Kansas.
