ARTICLE 4. PERSONNEL POLICY AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

1-401. PERSONNEL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.

There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of establishing employee personnel rules and regulations the document entitled "Personnel Policies for the City of Tonganoxie." No fewer than three copies of said document shall be marked or stamped "Official Copy as adopted by the Code of the City of Tonganoxie" and which there shall be attached a copy of this section. Said official copies shall be filed with the city clerk and shall be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours. All departments of the city shall be supplied with copies of such rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary. (Res. 4-00-1; Code 2004)

1-402. DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT POLICY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of regulating and defining harassment and discrimination for the City of Tonganoxie, that certain policy known as the "Discrimination and Harassment Policy." Not less than three copies of the policy shall be filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours. (Ord. 1090, Sec. 1)

1-403. RECRUITMENT POLICY.

There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of regulating the recruitment of human resources the document entitled “Recruitment Policy for the City of Tonganoxie.” Not less than three copies of the policy shall be filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
