ARTICLE I.
IN GENERAL
24-1. Fire equipment.
(a) Use for private purpose. No person shall use any fire apparatus or other equipment for any private purpose.
(b) Willful and unauthorized removal. No person shall willfully and without proper authority take away or conceal any article used in any way by the department.
(c) Unauthorized entry or handling. No person shall enter any place where fire apparatus and equipment are housed or handle any apparatus or equipment belonging to the department unless accompanied by, or having the special permission of, an officer or authorized member of the department.
