17.56.020 Violations--Penalty.
17.56.010 Complaints.
Whenever a violation of this title occurs or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint. Such complaint stating fully the causes and basis thereof shall be filed with the building official. He shall record properly such complaint and immediately investigate and take action thereon as provided by this title. (Ord. 93 §1(28.1), 1982)
17.56.020 Violations--Penalty.
Violation of this title is a municipal infraction subject to the provisions of Sections 7-1-4150 through 7-1-4152, MCA. (Ord. 207 §§39, 51, 2000)
