5.52.020 Civil remedies retained by county.
5.52.010 Violation—Penalty.
Any person, persons, company, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.08 HCC. (Amended during codification; Ord. 12-16-85A § 1(13))
5.52.020 Civil remedies retained by county.
The county retains all civil remedies, including the right of injunction for the prevention of violations of this title, and for the recovery of monetary damages. (Ord. 12-16-85A § 1(14))
