The Orovada general improvement district is created, established, formed and organized. (Ord. 6-19-89 § 1)
13.08.020 Boundaries.
A general description of the boundaries of the district follows:
Township 43 North, Range 37 East, M.D.M.
Section 26: S 1/2 S 1/2
Section 27: S 1/2 SE 1/4
Section 34: E 1/2
Section 34: NE 1/4 SW 1/4
Section 35: W 1/2
Section 35: The one-quarter acre Parcel B of the NE 1/4
Township 42 North, Range 37 East, M.D.M.
Section 2: NW 1/4
Section 3: S 1/2 N 1/2
Section 3: Lot 1, also known as NE 1/4 NE 1/4
Section 3: Lot 2, also known as NW 1/4 NW 1/4

13.08.030 Authority.
The district is formed for and is granted the basic powers provided in NRS 318.116, and all powers incidental thereto. (Ord. 6-19-89 § 3)
