A. Driveway approach is the area or improvement between an improved street and a property that provides vehicular access from the street to a driveway or parking area on the property.

B. Sidewalk means the portion of the right-of-way intended for the use of pedestrians and improved by surfacing, including the curb if the sidewalk abuts the curb. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
