ANIMALS ALLOWED

6.04.010 Animals allowed.
Animals are allowed within the city limits, except those prohibited in Section 6.06.010, only as they can be cared for, provided with adequate food, water, shelter, restraint, exercise, attention, veterinary care and affection. Care shall include control of annoyances such as noise and odors and ensuring safety of the general public. (Ord. 1901 §2(part), 2007).
