PENALTIES

6.12.010 Nuisance.
All violations of this title are hereby declared to be nuisances and may be abated pursuant to Central Point Municipal Code Chapter 8.04 pertaining to nuisances. (Ord. 1901 §2(part), 2007).
6.12.030 Penalties.
In addition to treatment as a nuisance, all violations of this title are subject to punishment under the general penalty, and each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 1901 §2(part), 2007).
