15.40.010 Short title.
This chapter shall be known as the manufactured dwelling standards of the international and Oregon specialty codes of the city of Coos Bay. [Ord. 593 § 1 (Att. A), 2026; Ord. 405 § 70, 2008].
15.40.020 Manufactured dwelling standards.
The 2010 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling and Park Specialty Code Standards are hereby adopted, as authorized by ORS 446.155. [Ord. 593 § 1 (Att. A), 2026; Ord. 405 § 71, 2008].
