DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECTS

3.28.010 Purpose.
The city is presently involved with aiding and cooperating in the implementation of the city’s community development block grant projects as applied to its housing needs and the purpose of this chapter is to specifically provide for the assumption by the city of the powers granted to it under ORS 456.355 to 456.370. (Ord. 2396 §1, 1981)
3.28.020 Enactment.
The city through its city council is authorized to exercise the powers granted under the ORS 456.355 to 456.370. (Ord. 2396 §2, 1981)
