Residential – Inside City Limits

a.

For the billing cycles during mid-November through mid-March, actual usage will determine the amount of the bill based on monthly base charge and current metered water consumption at the rates listed below:

(2)

Based on the current metered water consumption using rates in (a) above.

c.

If a customer notifies the city in writing that he will be spending some part of the winter months, mid-November to mid-March, in a different locale, the customer’s account will be labeled as a "snowbird account." This customer’s sewer shall be the lesser of the following:

 

(1)

The average of the customer’s monthly water usage, where the average shall be defined as the actual water consumption divided by the number of months of consumption, during the billing period of mid-November to mid-March of the previous winter, except when the customer had less than two months of sewer service during that same period 5,000 gallons per month will be applied until an average is established; or

 

(2)

Based on the current metered water consumption using rates in (a) above.

RENTAL AND RESERVATION POLICY

Alcohol Requirements: Users serving alcohol must meet all OLCC regulations, state or local alcohol laws, and city policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Armory: If cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to the reservation date, a full deposit refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 90 days will incur a cancellation fee of $200, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Community Center: If cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the reservation date, a full deposit refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of $50, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Event Insurance: Groups may be required to provide event insurance per city policy.

Fee Waivers: Group A users may apply for a partial or full waiver of fees if payment would cause undue hardship on the sponsoring organization or make it impossible for the group to use the facility. Decisions on granting waivers will be made by the city manager or designee.

*Rental Deposit: A security deposit is required for all facility rentals and Saddle Span usage for each use. The deposit must be paid to secure a reservation date. The deposit is fully refundable if all rental conditions and cleaning requirements are met. Users are responsible for maintaining the rooms they have rented. Additional fees in excess of the deposit may be charged to users who lose/fail to return the access device/keys, damage rooms or equipment, or do not follow the cleaning conditions. Groups may pay a one-time/refundable deposit covering all dates of use at the beginning of each year.

**Rental Fees: All rental fees will be charged according to the current fee schedule in effect on the date of the event rather than the date the reservation is booked. Rental fees must be paid in full before the date of use. Access to the facility will not be granted until payment is made. All unpaid rental fees must be settled before using the space for future reservations. All fees are subject to change. Annual fees apply to Group A frequent users who use the facility 52 or more times per year. These fees are based on usage and must be paid before the first use of the year. Annual fees are nonrefundable.

Rental and Reservation Policy: All Armory rentals have a two-hour minimum. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. All rentals are subject to availability. Room set-up, take-down, and cleaning rates can be negotiated.

****Application Fee: A nonrefundable application fee is required to cover the administrative costs of processing applications for special events and park rentals. All fees are subject to change.

***Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all special event equipment rentals. The deposit is refunded in full once the equipment is returned clean, undamaged, and in the same working condition. The renter is responsible for the cost of replacement of any equipment lost or damaged.

Equipment Rentals: Special event equipment rentals are permitted only within the city’s urban growth boundary and require a city-approved special event permit, unless otherwise authorized by the city manager or their designee. All fees are subject to change.
