JAIL

1.12.010 Jackson County jail.
In any proceeding brought before the Eagle Point municipal court for the violation of a city ordinance, if such ordinance provides that the violator may be imprisoned for the violation thereof, the municipal judge shall have the authority, upon conviction of the violator, to sentence the violator to imprisonment in the Jackson County jail.
