BULK WATER SALES

13.08.010 Distribution.
Bulk water sales will be allowed for distribution to customers only within the corporate limits of the city of Eagle Point. [Ord. 4-104 § 1, 1999].
13.08.020 Defined.
“Bulk water sales” shall be defined as selling water by the truckload. [Ord. 4-104 § 2, 1999].
13.08.030 Cost – Billing.
The cost of water sold in bulk shall be $5.00 per 1,000 gallons to be billed to a verifiable address. [Ord. 4-104 § 3, 1999].
13.08.040 Hydrant hookup.
The purchaser must use their own hydrant hookup, to be approved by the city of Eagle Point public works. [Ord. 4-104 § 4, 1999].
