13.25.010 Adoption of Gresham Revised Code for industrial pretreatment requirements and industrial pretreatment response plan.

A. The terms of Gresham Revised Code (GRC) Article 4.05 “Definitions” (as those definitions are applicable to and used in GRC Article 4.45); GRC 4.15.060 “Application to City Service Area”; Article 4.45 “Pretreatment”; and GRC 4.40.040 “General Discharge Prohibitions into the Sanitary Sewerage System” (2022) are hereby adopted by reference and shall be fully effective in and for the city of Fairview. Three copies of said provisions shall be kept on file in the city recorder’s office.

B. Repealed by Ord. 4-2013.

C. The city of Gresham Industrial Pretreatment Enforcement Response Plan as attached to Ordinance 8-2022 is adopted and enforceable in the city of Fairview. (Ord. 8-2022 § 1; Ord. 4-2013 §§ 1, 2; Ord. 12-2007 § 1; Ord. 9-2005 §§ 1, 2; Ord. 11-2001 § 1)

13.25.015 Enforcement of city’s pretreatment program.

Fairview’s public works director shall direct the city’s administration and enforcement of the industrial pretreatment program. The director may appoint such personnel as he deems appropriate to perform said administration and enforcement, including the use of employees of other public agencies. (Ord. 11-2001 § 1)
