8.05.010 Fire permits.

8.05.020 Prohibited burning.

No outdoor fire shall contain garbage, asphalt, petroleum products, paint, rubber products, feathers, hair, plastics or any other products which normally emit dense smoke or obnoxious odors. (Ord. 1968-9 § 2, 1968)

8.05.030 Incinerators required.

Fires allowed during fire control season shall be in incinerators or waste burners constructed in such a manner as to prevent external fires and burning matter becoming airborne. (Ord. 1968-9 § 3, 1968)

8.05.040 Air contamination.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit the emission of an air contaminant such as gas, smoke, or any other substance which tends to cause injury, detriment or nuisance to the people of the city of Hubbard. (Ord. 148-90 § 2, 1990; Ord. 1968-9 § 4, 1968)

8.05.050 Violation – Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation in violation of this chapter shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00. (Ord. 1968-9 § 5, 1968)
