PSILOCYBIN SERVICE CENTERS AND PRODUCTS

5.16.010 Prohibition.
The establishment of psilocybin product manufacturers licensed under ORS 475A.290 and psilocybin service centers licensed under ORS 475A.305 are prohibited in the unincorporated areas of Jefferson County. (Ord. O-110-22 § 1, 2022)
