PUBLIC WORKS REVOLVING FUND

3.10.010 Fund established.
The previously established special fund known as “The Curb, Gutter, Sewer and Road Revolving Fund” is hereby redefined and also extended to include water system improvements and shall hereafter be known as “The Public Works Revolving Fund” for the purpose of financing the following types of improvements in unincorporated areas of Josephine County: road improvements including any curbs, gutters and drainage facilities appurtenant to the road improvement; sanitary sewer improvements; storm sewer improvements; and water system improvements. 3.10.020 Expenditures.
Expenditures from said fund made for the purpose of constructing any of the above named improvements in unincorporated areas shall be repaid to said fund by receipts from assessments or other charges collected by Josephine County from owners of affected properties or other appropriate receipts.
