17.155.010 Fee amount.

Fees charged for city planning and development services shall be based upon the actual or average cost of providing the service or processing the type of review requested. [Ord. 1150 § 1, 2005.]

17.155.020 Fees.

The city council for the city of Junction City is hereby authorized to establish fees for all land use actions, development permits and related services provided by the city of Junction City by resolution. [Ord. 1150 § 2, 2005.]

17.155.030 Fee collection.

Before deeming any application complete for purposes of ORS 227.178 (the “120-day rule”), the city shall collect all applicable fees as established by council resolution, except for actual costs to be billed separately, as also established by council resolution. [Ord. 1150 § 3, 2005.]

17.155.040 Other agency fees.

Where an application requires action by another agency, the applicant shall be responsible for the separate entity’s application processing fees, including but not limited to co-adoption by Lane County of plan amendments or approval by the boundary commission for extraterritorial extensions and annexations. [Ord. 1150 § 4, 2005.]
