SOCIAL GAMES

5.15.010 Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
“Charitable organization” means organization as defined in ORS 167.117(5).
“Person” means individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies.
“Social games” means games as defined in ORS 167.117(20). [Ord. 1041 § 1, 1996.]
5.15.020 Prohibition.
Except in private homes and charitable organizations, social games are prohibited in Marion County outside of incorporated cities. [Ord. 1041 § 2, 1996.]
5.15.030 Penalty.
Violation of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $250.00. [Ord. 1041 § 3, 1996.]
