2.20.010 Duties of Recorder.

The City Recorder shall:

(1) Act as clerk of the City Council.

(2) Assist the City Manager in coordinating and providing for clerical assistance as may be needful to any and all City boards, commissions or departments.

(3) Perform all duties prescribed by law, statute, charter or ordinance for the Recorder of this City.

(4) Perform such other duties as may be directed by the City Council or City Manager. (Ord. 678, § 6; amended by Ord. 1307, § 1, March 19, 2013. Code 1983 § 11.220.)
