MEDICAL MARIJUANA FACILITIES

5.27.010 Hours of operation.
A facility authorized as a medical marijuana facility by the Oregon Health Authority under ORS 475.300 to 475.346 to dispense marijuana pursuant to ORS 475.314 shall not be open for business earlier than 6:00 a.m. each day, and shall close for business not later than 8:00 p.m. each day.
