MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT

2.05.010 Form.
Francis City shall operate under the five-member council form of municipal government as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
2.05.020 Records access.
All public records of Francis City shall be made available to the public pursuant to the current version of the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act. Fees may be charged for obtaining copies of public records as set forth in a fee schedule adopted by the City Council in accordance with Utah law. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
