BONDS OF OFFICERS

2.55.010 Generally.
The Mayor, City Council, City Recorder and City Treasurer shall furnish bonds to ensure the faithful performance of their duties as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended. The premium cost for such bonds, if any, shall be paid by Francis City. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
