ETHICS OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

2.70.010 Generally.
All elected and appointed officers of the City, including all appointed members of boards and commissions, shall be subject to the current version of the Utah Municipal Officers’ and Employees’ Ethics Act as contained in Utah Code. They shall make written and oral disclosures of their business and other interests as and when provided by such Act. The application and enforcement of all ethics requirements shall be governed as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
