8.05.010 Establishment within City unlawful.
It shall be unlawful to locate or establish within the City limits of Francis City any junkyard or area where old automobiles or wrecked automobiles are abandoned or stored. (Ord. 22 § 1, 1966.)
8.05.020 Nuisance declared.
Establishment of a junkyard or area where old automobiles are abandoned or stored contrary to the provisions of this chapter is declared to be a nuisance and is punishable as a nuisance and as a misdemeanor. (Ord. 22 § 2, 1966.)
