TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES

The Mayor or the Mayor’s designee may place and maintain such traffic control devices, stop signs, markings or signals upon the streets and highways of Francis City as may be necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic. All such traffic control devices shall conform to specifications approved by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. (Ord. 2016-01 § 2, 2016; Unnumbered 1953 ordinance, 1953.)
10.05.020 Obey traffic signs and signals.
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to disobey the instruction of any official traffic sign or signal placed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter unless otherwise directed by a police officer. (Unnumbered 1953 ordinance, 1953.)
