REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

1-9-3: CITY JOINS COUNTY AGENCY
1-9-1 COUNTY BOARD DESIGNATED AS AGENCY:
The Emery County board of county commissioners is hereby designated and shall be known as, and act as, the "redevelopment agency of Emery County", and shall be authorized and shall have the power and authority to enter into contracts generally and to transact business and exercise all the powers provided for by the Utah redevelopment agencies act, Utah Code Annotated section 17B-4-101 et seq. (Ord. 30, 12-27-1982)
1-9-2 AGENCY BOUNDARIES:
The boundaries of the redevelopment agency of Emery County shall be the boundaries of Emery County. (Ord. 30, 12-27-1982)
1-9-3 CITY JOINS COUNTY AGENCY:
The city hereby joins and designates all land and improvements within the city limits as part of said agency. (Ord. 30, 12-27-1982)
