OFFENSES AGAINST THE FAMILY

9.40.010 Adultery.
A married person commits adultery when he voluntarily has sexual intercourse with other than his spouse. Adultery is a class B misdemeanor. [Code 1986 § 13-76-7-103.]
9.40.020 Fornication.
A. Any unmarried person who shall voluntarily engage in sexual intercourse with another is guilty of fornication.
B. Fornication is a class B misdemeanor. [Code 1986 § 13-76-7-104.]
