2.20.010 Deputy recorder.
(1) Establishment. There is hereby created in and for the city of Riverton the office of deputy recorder, which shall be filled by appointment of the mayor with the advice and consent of the council.
(2) Term. The term of deputy recorder shall be identical to that of the city recorder.
(3) Duties. The deputy recorder shall assist the city recorder with the city recorder’s duties as directed by the city recorder. [Code 1997 § 3-9-30.]
