CHAPTER 1A
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

6-1A-101 Creation.
There is hereby created the position of the Director of Finance. The Director of Finance shall perform the financial duties and responsibilities of the City Recorder as established in Utah Code Annotated 10-6-101 through 159. The Director of Finance shall be a qualified person appointed and removed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council, and may not assume the duties of the City Treasurer.
