Article 1 SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS
14-4-101 General Procedure.
(1) In efforts to preserve open space and create park space, encourage quality neighborhoods and quality housing, the Westfields Overlay Zone has been created. It is the intent of these regulations that subdivision review be carried out simultaneously with review of the Westfield Overlay Zone requirements. The plans required for zoning shall be submitted in a form to satisfy the requirements of the subdivision regulations.
(2) Whenever the Westfield Overlay Zone is utilized to consider different densities from those which are allowed by right with the zoning district in which the land is situated, and the application requires the subdivision or resubdivision of land, the subdivision approval process as described in Chapter 2 of this Title shall be required in addition to all other procedures and approvals required in the zoning ordinance
