CLAIMS AGAINST THE COUNTY

2.124.010 Service of claims.
A. Any claim served upon Adams County shall first be served upon the legislative body (clerk of the board).
B. In the absence of the clerk of the board, a claim shall then be served upon the Adams County auditor. (Res. R-36-01 (part))

EHB 1350 does not amend the statute that requires all lawsuits to be served upon the Adams County auditor. (Res. R-36-01 (part))
