AIR POLLUTION AUTHORITY

2.32.010 Established.
An air pollution authority shall be activated in the county; the name of the authority shall be the Adams County air pollution control authority. The boundaries of the air pollution control authority shall be coextensive with the boundaries of the county. The authority’s principal place of business shall be Ritzville, Washington, and the effective date upon which the authority shall transact business and exercise its powers is January 1, 1973.
