ARTERIAL STREET FUND

3.04.010 Created.
There is created a fund to be known as the “arterial street fund,” pursuant to RCW 82.36.020. (Ord. 55 § 1, 1962)
3.04.020 Source of moneys.
The arterial street fund shall be credited with all applicable state gas tax funds allocated to the City, funds contributed by the City, and any other funds that may from time to time be authorized to be placed herein. (Ord. 55 § 2, 1962)
3.04.030 Expenditures.
The arterial street fund shall be used exclusively for the construction, improvement and repair of the arterial streets in the City, and all expenditures from said fund shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state. (Ord. 55 § 3, 1962)
3.04.040 Transfer.
The City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed to transfer from the City street fund to the arterial street fund any moneys heretofore received pursuant to the provisions of RCW 82.36.020, and improperly credited to the City street fund. (Ord. 55 § 4, 1962)
