LANDFILL CLOSURE RESERVE FUND

3.37.010 Created.
A fund entitled the “landfill closure reserve fund (#137)” is created and authorization is given to operate said fund. (Ord. C-411, 1998)
3.37.020 Source of moneys.
Moneys received in accordance with an agreement from the closure of local landfills. (Ord. C-411, 1998)
3.37.030 Expenditures.
The landfill closure reserve fund can be used for the following purposes:
A. To pay landfill closure costs attributable to Airway Heights.
B. To fund a reserve for future landfill costs.
C. To pay other collection costs for Airway Heights.
D. Any other landfill purpose.
E. Any other lawful public purpose. (Ord. C-411, 1998)
