CRAIG ROAD AND STATE ROUTE HIGHWAY 2 IMPACT FEE FUND

3.39.010 Fund established.
There is hereby created a special revenue fund to be known as the “Craig Road and State Route Highway 2 Impact Fee Fund” as prescribed by the Washington State Auditor’s Office in RCW 43.09.200. (Ord. C-637 § 2, 2006)
3.39.020 Source of funds.
Moneys to be deposited into this fund include funds to be received from developers and persons that are included in the service area of the authorized improvements and any other moneys legally available to be used for the costs of the improvements. (Ord. C-637 § 3, 2006)
3.39.030 Use of funds.
All moneys deposited into the fund shall be used for the construction of improvements at the intersection of Craig Road and State Route Highway 2. All deposits not expended within six years of the date of deposit shall be returned to the person who made the deposit. (Ord. C-637 § 4, 2006)
