INVESTMENT OF FUNDS

In accordance with the provisions of Session Laws, 1981, Chapter 218, Section 1 of RCW 35.39.034, investment income of town funds shall be used for the benefit of the current expense fund with the exception of investment income from funds from the cumulative reserve, 1977 G.O. bond, 1981 G.O. bond, and water funds, and unless otherwise restricted by ordinance or by operation of law.
