12.24.010 Construction and loading of vehicles.

It is declared unlawful to haul any gravel, earth, sand or rock, or mill wood, except four-foot slabs, across or over or upon any street or alley in the city in any wagon or vehicle not provided with a closed bottom, sides and ends, so as to prevent the scattering of any such material upon such streets and alleys. It is also unlawful to load any such wagon or vehicle so full of any such material so that the same will spill over the top of the box upon the streets or alleys in the city in hauling. 12.24.020 Violation – Penalty.
