SPECIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND
Sections:
3.28.010 Established.
There is established a fund to receive cash gifts to the city for park improvement. (Ord. 434 § 1, 1976).
3.28.020 Name of fund.
The fund shall be known as the “special park improvement fund.” (Ord. 434 § 2, 1976).
3.28.030 Source of funds.
The only moneys going into this fund shall be gifts made to the city for park improvement. (Ord. 434 § 3, 1976).
3.28.040 Expenditures.
Expenditures from this fund shall be made only on written order, signed by two members of the park board. (Ord. 434 § 4, 1976).
