ADMINISTRATIVE TRUST FUND

3.28.030 ESTABLISHMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
3.28.010 ESTABLISHED.
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to establish a special fund to be known as the "Administrative Trust Fund". (Ord. 2470 §1, 1961)
3.28.020 TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer to that fund any and all moneys now held by the City in trust or for the benefit of a third party and any funds hereinafter received by the City to be held in trust by the City or for the benefit of a third party. (Ord. 2470 §2, 1961)
3.28.030 ESTABLISHMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
The City Council shall establish rules and regulations for the maintenance and operation of this fund and money shall be expended from this fund in accordance with the rules and regulations or upon motion or resolution duly passed by the City Council. (Ord. 2470 §3, 1961)
