CURRENT WATER FUND

3.40.010 FUND CREATED.
There is hereby created, and the treasurer is hereby instructed to enter on his books a special fund to be known as the current water fund.
The treasurer shall hereafter credit to this fund the proceeds of the sale of certain water bonds authorized by the City under Ordinance 518, and all the current revenues that may accrue from time to time from the operation of the water works system referred to in Ordinance 518.
All disbursements in connection with the operation and maintenance of the water works system shall be made by warrant drawn against the said current water fund, except as may be hereafter specially provided for by the City Council. (Ord. 528 §§1-3, 1916)
