5.22.010 LICENSE - REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to conduct any public dance to which the general public is admitted without first having obtained a regulatory license in addition to a general business license issued under Chapter 5.02 BMC. Applications for regulatory licenses shall be filed with the Tax and License Division of the Department of Community Development. 5.22.070 INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

It is unlawful for any person, persons, firms or corporations to sell or permit to be sold or to in any way supply or permit to be supplied or allow to be consumed or possessed any intoxicating liquor on the premises subject to this chapter in violation of any Washington state liquor control regulation codified in RCW Title 66 or as hereafter amended. 5.22.080 EXCLUSIONS.

The provisions of this chapter, except 5.22.070 pertaining to intoxicating liquors, shall not apply to fraternal organizations conducting dances upon the premises occupied by them where admission is restricted to members of such orders and the families of members of such orders. (Ord. 4045 §7, 1986)
